Day 1

The lorries with all the materials and components, assembly team and the crane arrived on site as per the agreedprogramme. It is imperative at this stage to have had all permits and road closures in place prior this day.

The ground floor walls were placed in position on a concrete foundation and fixed into position to other wall panels and the soleplate. After all the ground floor walls were in position the floor joists are craned inside the walls and the floor construction commenced. Insulation is added to the floor zone ring beam prior to the first floor panels placed in position to
ensure continuity of insulation.

All windows, doors, electrical conduits, switch and socket boxes and ventilation inlets are all installed in the factory and are an integral part of the wall panels.
